The SPE DFG400 is an electric powered heavy duty floor grinder machine that is used for the cleaning and grinding of stone and concrete floors. 

Fitted with two revolving disc platens (under the skirt of the machine) the DFG 400 can rapidly grind away the top layer of a concrete floor. 

One of these machines can be fitted with a choice of diamond wheels, carborundum grinding blocks, and also wire brush blocks.

If using "blocks" these fit onto the two revolving platens (3 on each platen) and are easy to fit if you need to alternate between the wire brush and carborundum types.   

Need to just clean a stone floor? perhaps in your Sheffield factory, warehouse, garage, or workshop? 

If so, the SPE Electric Floor Grinder can be rented with the heavy duty wire brushes that can scrape away at old paint, oil stains, ice, food deposits, and general dirt and grime. 

For just cleaning purposes the wire brushes are a much less aggressive way of preparing a concrete or stone floor!

Removing marks and ridges in concrete floor areas

To get rid of imperfections and ridges you will need to use the carborundum or diamond tipped platens on this tool. Unlike the wire brush blocks these will grind and smooth out marks and ridges on stone and concreted floors.
